Job summary

QCS Staffing is seeking a Site Automation Engineer for an Ohio-based, 12-month life sciences project. You will contribute to the alarm strategy, perform input reviews, and draft node- and tag-level rationalisation materials to support a world-class facility build.

The role requires a bachelor’s degree in automation/engineering and hands-on DeltaV alarm experience to drive alarm rationalisation and configuration efforts.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Automation, Electrical Engineering, Controls Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Process Engineering or related discipline.
• Equivalent highly relevant alarm-management and configuration experience should be considered.
• Demonstrated alarm-rationalisation and configuration experience.
• Direct DeltaV alarm experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical input to the alarm strategy and rationalisation process.
• Perform identification-input reviews.
• Prepare node-level alarm rationalisation workshop materials.
• Make tag-level alarm decisions with clear technical rationale.
• Produce approved rationalisation tables.
