Job summary

Quad/Graphics in Martinsburg, West Virginia is seeking an IT Support professional to provide 24/7 support, troubleshoot IT systems, and manage IT assets. The ideal candidate will have a degree in a related field and 3-5 years of experience in IT.

Strong written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills

Strong knowledge of Windows current Operating Systems and associated tools and utilities

Basic understanding of infrastructure

Working knowledge of MS Office toolset

General Purpose of Job

Focused on the support, maintenance and operations of IT systems and related technologies. Provide 24/7 support to assigned areas. Responsible for having a general understanding of domain knowledge for IT systems, related technologies and processes pertinent to assigned areas. Effectively troubleshoot and perform root cause analysis in an attempt to resolve incidents by providing professional, courteous, timely and dependable communication with team assistance as needed.

Job Requirements

Education: Associates or Bachelor’s degree in related field or equivalent IT experience

Experience: 3-5 years of experience in IT field

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:

• Basic understanding of infrastructure
