Job summary

Serverfarm is seeking an experienced administrative professional in Houston to support site operations, purchasing, training coordination, and reporting. You will handle the security desk, validate visitors and vendors, and ensure timely processing of purchase orders and invoices.

The role requires 3+ years in an administrative capacity, strong MS Office skills (Excel advanced), and the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of administrative experience.
• Proficient with MS Office; advanced Excel preferred.
• Able to manage multiple projects in a high-volume environment.

Responsibilities

• Staff the security desk and handle visitor/vendor validation and check-in.
• Create all site-related Purchase Orders.
• Coordinate annual training with NA Admins and Site Directors.
• Review and validate invoices to support the CFM and Site Director.
• Participate in site budget meetings and annual budget creation.
• Assist in data gathering and organization for audits.
• Attend site staff meetings and record minutes.
• Ensure site supplies are ordered and inventory managed.
• Support weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual client reporting.

Key Accountabilities

• Staff’s security desk and provides visitor and vendor validation and check-in functions during assigned work hours.
• Creates all site related Purchase Orders.
• Works with NA Admins and Site Directors to ensure completion of annual training at each site.
• Reviews andvalidatesinvoices in support of the CFM and/or Site Director.

Preferred Skills
