Job summary

Serverfarm, a leading data center developer and operator, is hiring for an administrative role at our Covington, GA site. You will manage visitor validation, site POs, training coordination, invoicing, and budget support while handling multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

The role requires 3+ years in administration, a bachelor’s degree in Finance/Accounting or similar, and advanced Excel skills.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in an administrative role.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite; advanced Excel skills preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or similar field.
• Growth-oriented mindset and ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Staff’s security desk and provide visitor and vendor validation and check-in during assigned hours.
• Create all site related Purchase Orders.
• Coordinate training across sites with NA Admins and Site Directors.
• Review and validate invoices to support budget and audit processes.
• Participate in site meetings for budget reviews and annual budget creation.
• Support annual audits through document gathering and organization.
• Maintain inventory by ordering site supplies as needed.
• Assist with weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual client reporting.
