Job summary

Parexel is seeking a Site Care Partner in Des Moines to lead site start-up, activation, and ongoing site management across studies.

You will collaborate with CRA, protocol teams, and country offices to qualify sites, support enrollment planning, ensure quality and patient safety, and resolve issues quickly.

This role requires strong communication, travel, and knowledge of GCP/ICH, with a focus on maintaining productive site partnerships.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or RN required, 5+ years in site management
• English required; local language proficiency preferred
• Experience as CRA or in start-up activities
• Knowledge of GCP/ICH guidelines
