Job summary

IQVIA is seeking a Site Activation professional to manage feasibility, regulatory, and start-up activities for investigational sites in the United States, including maintaining site documentation and contracts. You will coordinate with the Site Activation Manager, Project Management, and other departments to ensure on-time activation and ongoing maintenance according to SOPs.

Qualifications include a Life sciences degree and 1–3 years of clinical research or healthcare experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Life sciences or related field.
• 1–3 years clinical research or other relevant experience.
• 3 years of healthcare environment experience or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Support feasibility, site activation and maintenance activities for investigative sites.
• Review and prepare site documents and ensure regulatory/ethics approvals are in place.
• Track site documents, contracts, and performance metrics; report progress.
• Coordinate with SAM and PM and other departments to ensure compliance.
• Inform team of completed documents and distribute to sites and project team.
