Job summary

IQVIA is seeking a Site Activation Lead to direct strategic, operational, and financial delivery of Site Activation activities across regions. You will oversee Start Up, regulatory negotiations, and lifecycle maintenance while collaborating with global teams to ensure timely patient enrollment and excellent study execution.

The role requires a Life Science degree and 3+ years in a scientific/clinical setting, with international experience and strong regulatory knowledge.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree Life Science or related field required.
• At least 3 years relevant experience in a scientific or clinical environment.
• Demonstrable experience in an international role; or equivalent combination of education, training and experience.
• In-depth knowledge of clinical systems, procedures, and corporate standards.
• Strong knowledge of medical terminology and regulations.
• Broad knowledge of clinical research.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office and e-mail applications.
• Effective communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and to effectively prioritize tasks.
• Ability to delegate effectively.
• Ability to manage multiple projects.
• Attention to detail.
• Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with coworkers, managers and clients.

Responsibilities

• Direct and manage the execution of the strategic, operational and financial delivery of Site Activation activities.
• Provide strategic planning and project oversight to accelerate Site Activation and player enrollment.
• Oversee Start Up and Lifecycle Maintenance for assigned studies in compliance with ICH-GCP and internal policies.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to deliver the agreed project scope.
• Assess regulatory landscape and support regulatory submissions and authorizations.
• Deliver updates and reporting to study teams and senior leadership.
• Maintain internal systems, databases, and project plans with accurate information.
