Job summary

You will oversee start-up and lifecycle maintenance, collaborate with regions and sponsors, ensure adherence to ICH-GCP and internal standards, and provide regular updates to leadership while building strong client relationships.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in life sciences or related field.
• 3+ years of experience in a scientific or clinical environment.
• Experience in an international role or equivalent.
• In-depth knowledge of clinical systems, procedures, and corporate standards.
• Strong knowledge of medical terminology and regulations.
• Broad knowledge of clinical research.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and email applications.
• Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Provides strategic planning and project oversight accelerating site activation.
• Support and/or participate in pre-award/bid defense activities.
• Oversee Start Up and Lifecycle Maintenance for assigned projects in line with start up strategy and timelines.
• Develop, implement and maintain the Site Activation Management Plan.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders across regions and countries to deliver project scope.
• Execute regulatory strategy/expectations and manage submissions and approvals.
• Provide updates and reporting to study teams and senior leaders as needed.
• Maintain internal systems, databases, and project plans with accurate information.
