Job summary

Role & responsibilities

• DAY TO DAY ACCOUNTS, EWAY BILL, ACCOUNTS RECONCILLATION, ACCOUNTS FINALISATION, STOCK AUDIT, GST COMPUTATION AND FILLING, VENDOR VILL PROCESSING, BANKING & ETC.
• Excellent knowledge of construction cost accounting and related financial procedures.
• Performing accounting duties throughout the project, such as preparing invoices, estimating cash flow, and signing off on purchase orders.
• Keeping a record of all project finances for internal/external auditing and tax purposes.
• CASH vouchers preparation, Bank Reconciliation, Vendor Account Reconciliation, TDS Deposit, Banking Works, Taxation
• Preparation of Vouchers & Ensuring regular entries in ERP software.
• Generation of monthly/daily MIS.
