Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related technical field.
• 10+ years in program management, product validation, or related engineering role in HDD/data storage.
• Expert HDD storage technology and validation process knowledge.
• Proven track record managing complex programs across multiple customers and orgs.

Responsibilities

• Own SIT Lab validation plan for Development and Sustaining programs from staging through QSR.
• Serve as SIT Lab focal point for one or more Program Core Teams.
• Coordinate with SIT Lab Technology Development to prepare for pipeline programs.
• Provide regular updates on code releases, timelines, and milestones.
• Lead quarterly reviews and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
• Identify risks and drive resolution across boundaries.
