Job summary

Action Resource Management (A.R.M.) is seeking experienced Sit-Down Forklift Operators for locations in Fontana, Ontario, Pomona, and Rancho Cucamonga. You will transport materials safely, unload stock, and pull orders while maintaining high safety standards.

Requirements include 2+ years of sit-down forklift experience, OSHA certification, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced setting. Steel-toed boots are required and an on-site environment is expected.

Qualifications

• Must pass a standard background check.
• Minimum 2 years of sit-down forklift experience.
• Valid OSHA forklift certification (electric sit-down/stand-up).
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Operate Sit-Down Forklifts to move materials.
• Unload shipments and organize stock.
• Accurately pull and pick orders for storage or dispatch.
• Perform equipment inspections and routine maintenance.
• Track inventory and report discrepancies following FIFO and LOT Control.
• Maintain a safe work environment and comply with policies.
