Job summary

Action Resource Management (A.R.M.) is seeking experienced Sit-Down Forklift Operators for locations in Fontana, Ontario, Pomona, and Rancho Cucamonga. You will transport materials safely, unload stock, and pull orders while maintaining high safety standards.

Requirements include 2+ years of sit-down forklift experience, OSHA certification, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced setting. Steel-toed boots are required and an on-site environment is expected.

Qualifications

We’re hiring experienced Sit-Down Forklift Operators for multiple locations, including Fontana, Ontario, Pomona, and Rancho Cucamonga. In this role, you’ll be responsible for safely and efficiently transporting materials throughout the facility. Candidates must be skilled in operating sit-down forklifts and committed to maintaining high safety standards while moving boxes, packages, and inventory.

Responsibilities:

• Operate Sit-Down Forklifts to move materials across the warehouse.
• Unload incoming shipments and organize stock in designated areas.
• Accurately pull and pick orders for storage or dispatch.
• Perform equipment inspections and routine maintenance to ensure safe operation.
• Track inventory, report discrepancies, and follow FIFO & LOT Control guidelines.
• Comply with company policies and maintain a safe work environment.

Qualifications:

• Must pass a standard background check (insurance requirement).
• Minimum 2 years of forklift experience (Sit-Down).
• Valid forklift certification (OSHA credentials for electric sit-down and stand-up reach lifts).
• Strong ability to multitask and work independently in a fast-paced setting.
• Steel-toed boots required—no sneakers or shorts allowed.
