Job summary

Eternity Systems/MTNA, Inc. is seeking experienced sit-down forklift operators to support our Shipping & Receiving operations in Rancho Cucamonga, CA.

Candidates must operate both single and double fork forklifts in a fast-paced warehouse environment with a strong emphasis on safety and efficiency. You will load/unload trailers, supply production lines, stage pallets, perform daily inspections, and help with other warehouse duties.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of sit-down forklift experience.
• Experience operating both single and double fork forklifts.
• Experience loading and unloading trailers in a warehouse/manufacturing setting.
• Strong forklift safety practices and OSHA knowledge.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision.
• Basic English reading/communication; bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus.
• Reliable attendance and flexibility for overtime and Saturdays.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate sit-down forklifts with single and double forks.
• Load and unload trailers efficiently while protecting product integrity.
• Supply production lines with materials to support daily operations.
• Stage pallets and finished goods throughout warehouse and production areas.
• Safely transport materials with proper load placement and stability.
• Secure loads using strapping and proper loading techniques.
• Perform daily forklift inspections and report equipment concerns.
