Kids for the Future is seeking a bus aide for a 9-month school year role in Grand Forks, ND. The position supports the bus driver in supervising children, ensuring safety, and enforcing conduct during morning and afternoon routes.
Minimum education is a high school diploma or GED, with an emphasis on positive interaction with children, parents, and staff. The role involves lifting up to 60 lbs and working a split schedule on school days.

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is frequently required to sit, walk and stand. Lift sixty (60) lbs. occasionally, with the ability to reach, stand, walk, carry, bend, stoop, kneel, crouch, sit, and/or crawl. The ability to hear and see in order to communicate effectively as well as communicate clearly and concisely. Maintain mental capacity, allowing for effective interaction and communication with others. The job is performed under some temperature extremes and under conditions with some exposure to risk of injury and/or illness.
Nine (9) months, academic school year
6:30am - 8:30am and 2:30pm - 4:30pm, Monday through Friday, when school is in session
Job performance will be evaluated by the Supervisor.
