Job summary

IDEA Public Schools seeks an SIS Coordinator to drive attendance, enrollment, and data integrity across campuses in the Texas network. The role centers on owning the attendance process, coordinating with students, families and staff, and ensuring accurate, timely data reporting within the SIS ecosystem.

Ideal candidates will have a HS diploma or GED, with preference for a Bachelor's degree and PowerSchool experience.

Qualifications

• HS diploma or GED required or equivalent.
• Experience with student information systems or data entry.
• Experience with PowerSchool preferred.

Responsibilities

• Own the attendance process for Academy & College Prep.
• Collaborate with students, staff and parents to maximize daily attendance.
• Report attendance metrics to staff (Chronic absenteeism, Daily progress).
• Document attendance changes and correct data within 24 hours.
