Job summary

Austin Industrial seeks an experienced SIPA General Foreman to lead scaffolding, insulation, painting, and abatement crews on industrial projects. You will manage workforce, productivity, safety performance, and client satisfaction while ensuring work is on schedule and within budget.

The role requires strong leadership, deep SIPA knowledge, and ability to coordinate with operations, maintenance, engineering, safety, and quality teams on refinery, petrochemical, and manufacturing sites.

Qualifications

• Minimum 8–10 years of SIPA experience in industrial settings.
• Minimum 3–5 years of supervisory or foreman experience.
• Strong knowledge of scaffolding systems, insulation, coatings, and related processes.
• Ability to read blueprints, drawings, specifications, and schedules.
• Safety-focused leadership and client-facing capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Direct and supervise SIPA Foremen, Leadmen, and craft personnel.
• Plan and coordinate daily work to maximize productivity.
• Monitor performance, coach, mentor, and develop staff.
• Lead safety meetings, JSA reviews, and hazard assessments.
• Ensure work meets contract requirements and project schedules.
• Coordinate labor, tools, equipment, and materials.
• Maintain client relations and provide status updates.
