Job summary

Porter Corp is hiring a Manufacturing Associate to support the fabrication of Structural Insulated Panels on an on-site shift (4AM - 2:15PM). Responsibilities include panel fabrication, crane operation, and maintaining safety and quality standards on the shop floor.

The role requires basic construction skills, the ability to read blueprints and measurements, and experience with carpentry tasks. EPICOR ERP familiarity is a plus.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Basic construction skills and ability to read blueprints.
• Ability to read measurement tools and perform carpentry-related tasks.
• Proficiency with EPICOR ERP or similar systems is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Fabrication of Structural Insulated Panels using hand tools.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
• Maintain quality standards.
• Problem solving in challenging situations.
• Operate forklift/Hi-lo and overhead cranes.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
