Job summary

Carrier seeks a Program Manager – SIOP to lead end-to-end lab capacity planning within the Sales, Inventory & Operations Planning (SIOP) process, aligning demand, supply, and execution to optimize utilization and service levels across regions.

The role combines program management, SIOP integration, and governance to drive capacity improvements, planning maturity, and cross-regional accountability. Strong collaboration and communication are essential.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree required.
  • 7+ years of experience in supply chain planning, operations, or program management.
  • Experience with SIOP / S&OP / S&OE / IBP in a manufacturing environment preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Establish and govern standard planning cadence, inputs, and outputs related to lab capacity across all regions.
  • Enable global visibility of supply and demand outlook aligned to horizons for SIOP (monthly) and S&OE (weekly).
  • Investigate CHVAC SIOP processes for improvements, develop roadmap, and lead business execution.
  • Partner and cross-functionally collaborate across all businesses and regions to ensure effective and standard process execution.
  • Track, manage, and drive through completion follow ups and actions stemming from SIOP meetings.
