Job summary

Parts Town seeks a Group Supply Chain Analyst to drive SIOP and KPI reporting, turning data into actionable insights across Sales, Inventory and Operations Planning. You will own reporting, partner with Sales, Operations, Purchasing, Finance and Manufacturing, and help align forecasts with inventory strategies.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in SIOP, demand planning, supply planning, or supply chain analytics in a manufacturing/distribution environment.
• Strong analytical skills with ability to translate data into business insights.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office with advanced Excel; experience with large datasets; BI/data visualization tools is a plus.
• Experience with ERP/WMS systems (SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, High Jump a plus).
• Excellent communication and ability to convey complex info to diverse audiences.
• Thrives in a fast-paced environment and balances independent work with teamwork.
• A reliable high-speed internet connection at home, and strong English proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Own the analytical execution of the SIOP process by analyzing sales, inventory, operational and market data to identify trends, risks and opportunities.
• Develop, automate, and maintain KPI dashboards, reporting tools, and visualizations for leadership reviews.
• Partner with Sales, Operations, Purchasing, Finance and Manufacturing to align forecasts, inventory strategies, capacity plans, and business objectives.
• Ensure data accuracy and integrity through audits, validation processes, and governance practices.
• Translate complex data into clear, actionable recommendations while evaluating demand variability and inventory imbalances.
• Support strategic supply chain initiatives by analyzing process improvements, inventory optimization, and cost reduction.
• Deliver ad hoc analyses and maintain reporting documentation to continuously improve tools and processes.
