Job summary

Parts Town is seeking a Group Supply Chain Analyst, SIOP & KPI, to support the Better Together SIOP process through data analysis, KPI ownership, and cross-functional collaboration. Transform complex data into insights to drive alignment among Sales, Operations, Finance, and Supply Chain teams.

You will own critical reporting, identify risks and opportunities, and help drive inventory optimization, operational efficiency, and long-term cost reduction.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in SIOP, demand planning, supply planning, or supply chain analytics.
• Strong analytical skills with ability to turn data into actionable insights.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office with advanced Excel and ability to handle large datasets.
• Experience with BI and data visualization tools such as Power BI, Tableau, Qlik, or SQL is a plus.
• Familiarity with ERP/WMS systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, High Jump) is a plus.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Own the analytical execution of the SIOP process by analyzing sales, inventory, operational, and market data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities.
• Develop, automate, and maintain KPI dashboards, reporting tools, and visualizations to support leadership reviews.
• Partner with Sales, Operations, Purchasing, Finance, and Manufacturing to align forecasts, inventory strategies, and capacity plans.
• Ensure data accuracy and governance to create a single source of truth across the organization.
• Translate complex data into clear, actionable recommendations and assess impact of demand variability and supply constraints.
• Support strategic supply chain initiatives with analysis on process improvement, inventory optimization, and cost reduction.
• Deliver ad hoc analyses and maintain reporting documentation to drive business results.
