Parts Town is hiring a Group Supply Chain Analyst, SIOP & KPI. You will transform complex data into actionable insights, own critical reporting, and collaborate across Sales, Operations, Finance, and Supply Chain to drive inventory optimization and cost reduction.

The role focuses on analytics, KPI ownership, and strategic initiatives, with a hybrid work schedule in Chicago. A Bachelor's in a related field is valued and efficient communication is essential.

Qualifications

• 5 years of experience in SIOP, demand planning, supply planning, or supply chain analytics.
• Strong analytical skills and data-driven problem solving.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and advanced Excel; experience with large datasets; BI tools/SQL a plus.
• Familiar with ERP/WMS systems (SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, High Jump a plus).
• Excellent communication; able to convey complex data clearly.
• Thrives in fast-paced environment with multi-priority management.
• Strong teamwork and independent decision-making.

Responsibilities

• Own the analytical execution of the SIOP process by analyzing sales, inventory, operational, and market data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities.
• Develop, automate, and maintain KPI dashboards, reporting tools, and visualizations that support operational reviews and leadership decision-making.
• Partner with Sales, Operations, Purchasing, Finance, and Manufacturing teams to align forecasts, inventory strategies, capacity plans, and business objectives.
• Ensure data accuracy and integrity through audits, validation processes, and governance practices, creating a consistent source of truth across the organization.
• Translate complex data into clear, actionable recommendations while evaluating the impact of demand variability, supply constraints, and inventory imbalances.
• Support strategic supply chain initiatives by providing analysis related to process improvement, inventory optimization, operational performance, and cost reduction.
• Deliver ad hoc analysis, maintain reporting documentation and continuously improve tools and processes that help drive business results.
