Honeywell Aerospace is seeking a Demand Planning Manager (Finance) to shape and execute SIOP and demand planning strategies that drive precise forecasting and optimized inventory. You will lead a dynamic team, guide cross-functional collaboration, and align demand plans with supply chain operations and financial forecasts.

You will monitor forecast accuracy, leverage market and customer insights, and implement process improvements to maximize efficiency and performance in a fast-paced aerospace

Qualifications

• 6+ years of planning, materials, sourcing, or related supply chain experience.
• Demonstrated leadership of the SIOP process with cross-functional alignment.
• Experience managing complex data analysis.
• Strong process orientation and planning experience.
• Advanced MS Office skills with proficiency in Excel.

Responsibilities

• Lead the SIOP process, ensuring alignment between demand, supply, and financial objectives.
• Drive cross-functional collaboration to facilitate SIOP meetings and monitor progress.
• Manage a team of demand planners, providing leadership and support.
• Analyze data, market trends, and customer insights to improve forecasting accuracy.
• Develop contingency plans and lead continuous process improvements in SIOP.
