Job summary

Gradian Thermal Solutions is seeking an experienced SIOP Capacity Planner to balance demand with manufacturing capacity across facilities in a fast-paced environment. The role focuses on aligning capacity, labor, and inventory to support profitable growth and reliable delivery.

You will model scenarios, drive continuous improvement, and develop dashboards to visibility capacity risks and performance trends. A collaborative, data-driven mindset is essential for success.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, operations management, industrial or manufacturing engineering, business, or related field.
• 3+ years of experience in manufacturing planning, production scheduling, capacity planning, or operations planning.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including data analysis and modeling.
• Experience with ERP/MRP systems.
• Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain capacity plans that support the S&OP process across manufacturing facilities.
• Align demand forecasts with manufacturing capacity, labor, equipment, and inventory strategies.
• Identify bottlenecks and propose mitigations (overtime, staffing, transfers, inventory builds).
• Lead capacity reviews in the monthly S&OP cycle and provide actionable recommendations.
• Monitor capacity utilization, forecast accuracy, inventory levels, and on-time delivery.
