Job summary

Pratt Industries is seeking a skilled single-facer operator to support wet-end and dry-end operations. You will assist in setup, operation, cleanup and ongoing improvements to production processes.

Responsibilities include running the single-facers, verifying roll stock, trimming as needed, and assisting in training of wet end and dry end staff. Safety and quality are essential throughout shifts.

Qualifications

• Candidate must be able to read and follow factory instructions.
• Ability to read a tape measure accurately and perform basic math.
• Commitment to safety, quality and housekeeping in a manufacturing setting.

Responsibilities

• Operate single-facer and assist in wet-end and dry-end operations.
• Set up, operate, clean, and adjust machinery for production runs.
• Monitor board quality and report issues for repairs.
• Complete maintenance work orders as needed.
• Maintain safety and good housekeeping per policy.
