Job summary

Pratt Industries is seeking a Module Facer Operator to run the single-facer and assist wet-end and dry-end operations. You will perform setup, operation, cleanup, and contribute ideas for process improvements.

The role requires attention to detail, ability to read measurements, and adherence to safety and quality standards. Prior corrugated industry experience is preferred and a Lift Truck Operator License may be required.

Qualifications

• Read and follow factory master instructions.
• Able to read a tape measure with speed and accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Operate single-facers to maximize production and quality.
• Verify wet end line-ups and correct roll stock usage.
• Prepare rolls, perform splices, and change cores as needed.
• Monitor board quality during runs and adjust as necessary.
• Submit maintenance work orders for repairs.
• Assist in wet end training and safety compliance.
