Job summary

The Allen Institute for Cell Science is seeking a Scientist I to support computational analysis of single-cell RNA-seq data in human iPSC-derived 3D culture systems. Qualifications

Responsibilities

  • Analyze single-cell RNA-seq datasets to characterize cell states and heterogeneity.
  • Develop reproducible analysis workflows, code, and visualizations.
  • Build and maintain R Shiny applications and related outputs for data exploration.
  • Collaborate with experimental and computational colleagues to interpret findings and align analysis plans.
  • Support data organization, documentation, and version control for collaboration.
