CAE is seeking a Maintenance Technician to perform preventive and corrective maintenance on CAE and non-CAE flight simulators at the Dallas Training Center. You will diagnose issues, conduct pre/post-flight tasks, and execute QT procedures while documenting activities in the CMMS and assisting with refurbishment projects.
You will learn and comply with the CAE Quality Management System and support logistics, equipment testing, and end-user needs, including potential travel up to 10% as required.

As part of the Technical Services department within CAE's Civil Training and Services division, you will perform all preventative and corrective maintenance tasks on several CAE and non-CAE flight simulators and associated devices at the CAE Training Center. Description Learn and perform preventive maintenance tasks on flight simulators and associated simulator systems. Assist in diagnosing and resolving routine issues affecting simulators and related systems. Perform pre-flight and post-flight tasks on assigned simulators. Conduct basic visual alignments. Execute automatic Qualification Test Guide (QTG) procedures. Use the maintenance management system to document and track maintenance activities. Complete all required training and development activities. Assist with simulator refurbishment projects and hardware modifications. Learn and comply with the CAE Quality Management System. Provide customer support and respond to customer needs in a timely manner. Perform logistics-related activities, including receiving parts, coordinating repairs, and conducting testing and validation. Maintain simulator cleanliness and housekeeping standards as required. Complete administrative tasks associated with the role.
