Job summary

FlightSafety International in Florida seeks a Simulator Second in Command to support multi-crew training. You will act as Second-in-Command for client pilots in recurrent, initial, and generic training, without performing instructional duties.

The role requires maintaining SIC qualifications, keeping all certificates current, and complying with FlightSafety’s QMS. You will work in diverse learning centers, adapt to varying schedules, and ensure safe, professional interactions with customers.

Qualifications

• Fluency in English with strong verbal and written skills.
• Excellent cockpit verbal communication skills.
• Ability to interact with customers professionally.
• Ability to adapt to changing schedules and high-pressure situations.

Responsibilities

• Act as Second-in-Command for clients in multi-crew aircraft without instructional duties.
• Maintain SIC pilot qualification according to program requirements.
• Keep current all certificates, ratings, and designations for SIC duties.
• Act as SIC in various aircraft types for different client sectors as required.
