Job summary

FlightSafety International in Tampa, FL seeks a Second-in-Command (SIC) to support clients training in multi-crew aircraft. You will serve as a competent SIC, maintain SIC qualification, keep certificates up to date, and act for Part 142/135 clients as required.

Candidates should have a high school diploma or GED with 2–3 years related experience, hold Commercial Pilot Certificate with appropriate category and instrument, and have at least 450 hours.

Qualifications

• Fluency in English, both verbal and written.
• Excellent cockpit verbal communication skills.
• Ability to interact with Customers professionally.

Responsibilities

• Act as SIC for clients training in multi-crew aircraft.
• Maintain SIC qualification as per program requirements.
• Keep current all required certificates, ratings and designations.
