Job summary

Synertex LLC seeks Simulation Training Instructors (STI) to operate, maintain, and instruct using Army TADSS across multiple installations. You will support training exercises to ensure realistic, safe, and effective mission rehearsal for Active, Reserve, and National Guard units.

The role requires 3+ years of instructional experience with Army training systems, knowledge of EST/CFFT/VCOT/MILES/UGT-I, strong communication skills, and willingness to travel to multiple sites. U.S.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience as an instructor supporting Army training systems (virtual or live).
• Familiarity with TADSS operations and Army training doctrine (TC 3-20.31).
• Armor or infantry background desirable but not required.
• Strong instructional, organizational, and communication skills.
• Ability to travel or be assigned to multiple installations as required.

Responsibilities

• Operate and provide instruction on simulation systems including EST, CFFT, VCOT, MILES, and UGT-I.
• Deliver training to units, applying doctrinal and tactical standards.
• Maintain system readiness and perform routine troubleshooting or maintenance.
• Assist in scenario development and training exercise setup.
• Ensure compliance with Army regulations and safety procedures.
• Collaborate with TSC Leads and other instructors to optimize training support.
