St. Luke's University Health Network is seeking a Simulation Center professional to operate and maintain simulation equipment and support post-simulation documentation and archiving.
You will help keep hardware/software inventories current and develop troubleshooting documents and maintenance plans. The role includes entering data into management systems, teaching learners about simulators, and ensuring strict adherence to lab policies and safety precautions.

Responsibility for the functioning, operation and support of simulation activities for the St. Luke's University Simulation Center, and ability to work as part of a team with diverse populations (including faculty, staff, students, standardized patients, etc.) and demonstrate interpersonal skills and mature judgment.
Simulation Center Director.
Must have adequate written communication skills. Must have excellent verbal skills. Must be adept at communicating with professionals either individually or in a group. Must be capable of effectively communicating complex technical issues to non-technical and technical users.
Bachelors Degree preferred.
Minimum of 2 years related experience in simulation or education/training. Clinical background preferred but not essential. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, healthcare or related field is preferred. Demonstrated analytic decision-making, problem-solving skills. Knowledge of various simulation teaching concepts is desired.
