Apex Technology, Inc. invites talented interns to join our Simulation Software Engineering team for a 12-week program in Playa Vista, CA. You’ll work on closed-loop spacecraft test platforms (6DOF, SITL, HITL) and gain hands-on experience under a dedicated mentor.

Ideal candidates are graduating Fall 2026 or Spring 2027, pursuing CS/CE/EE/Aerospace, with C/C++ proficiency. You’ll learn aerospace concepts while contributing to reliability and efficiency improvements.

Qualifications

• Graduating in the Fall of 2026 or in the Spring of 2027.
• BS or MS in CS/CE/EE/Aerospace or a related field.
• Proficiency in programming languages such as C/C++.
• Experience with modeling and embedded system is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to developing closed-loop spacecraft test platforms (6DOF, SITL, HITL).
• Execute simulation testing strategies to validate performance and reliability of satellite systems.
• Collaborate with engineering teams and mentors throughout the internship.
