Job summary

Qualifications
- PhD or Master’s with 4+ years of quantitative field research experience.
- Experience applying scientific principles to business problems and products.
- Experience analyzing both experimental and observational data sets.
- Knowledge of R, MATLAB, Python or similar scripting language.
Responsibilities
- Lead the simulation data science solutions for complex operational processes using DES tools.
- Drive strategic modelling and simulation research to inform process design decisions.
- Establish best practices and simplify problems to accelerate DES development.
- Coordinate cross-organization teams and external partners for simulation projects.
- Deliver insights and artifacts that influence business strategy and design choices.
