Job summary

Jacksonville University seeks a Simulationist to manage daily operations of the Keigwin School of Nursing STAR Center and the Clinical Skills Lab in Jacksonville, FL. You will support healthcare simulation experiences, work with manikins and standardized patients, and ensure a conducive learning environment for KSON and BRCHS students.

You will collaborate with faculty, IT, and community partners, implement evidence-based simulation practices, and contribute to program evaluation and learning

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a healthcare-related field is required.
• Previous simulation experience is preferred.
• Certified Healthcare Simulation Educator or Operator preferred or pursuing certification.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate daily operations of the STAR Center and Clinical Skills Lab.
• Collaborate with faculty and partners to maximize learning in simulation centers.
• Set up and break down equipment, including manikins and SPs, for courses and simulations.
• Operate simulation software and audiovisual equipment.
• Assist in collecting and analyzing learner outcomes to improve simulations.
