Job summary

Jacksonville University is seeking a Clinical Lab Instructor & Simulationist to oversee daily operations of the KSON STAR Center and Clinical Skills Lab. You will ensure delivery of clinical simulation experiences using manikin simulators and standardized patients, aligned with course objectives and program outcomes.

Qualifications

• MSN from an accredited institution is required.
• Simulation experience preferred.
• Nursing licensure in Florida or eligibility.
• Current BLS and ACLS certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with faculty and partners to maximize simulation learning.
• Lead skill demonstrations and reinforce theory with hands-on practice.
• Evaluate student learning and provide feedback.
• Set up and run simulation labs, including SPs and manikins.
• Maintain and troubleshoot simulation equipment.
• Support course objectives and remediation planning.
• Ensure lab safety and OSHA compliance.
