• Proficiency in programming/scripting languages like C#, JavaScript, or Python.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a dynamic, collaborative environment.

Responsibilities

• Build and Innovate: Create and implement discrete event simulation models to analyze and optimize manufacturing and warehouse operations.
• Model the Future: Develop physics-based 3D simulations with CAD and kinematic tools to streamline factory and warehouse workflows.
• Streamline Processes: Develop custom scripts to program simulated factory automation such as conveyance and fabrication equipment.
• Automate with Precision: Write custom scripts to program factory automation tools like robotics and conveyance systems.
• Leverage Data: Extract actionable insights from simulation data, employing statistical methods to validate results and predict performance.
• Collaborate Across Teams: Partner with Lean and project teams to ensure alignment with factory priorities, material flow, and operational goals.
• Drive Change: Lead Run the Plant (RTP) projects and support New Product Introduction (NPI) programs, using simulation to unlock cost savings and productivity gains.
