Job summary

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Nursing, Health Professions, or related field or equivalent experience.
• Minimum of 2+ years of applicable experience.
• Familiarity with INASCL Standards of Best Practices.

Responsibilities

• Incorporate direct simulation teaching as part of workload.
• Lead curriculum innovation and integration with simulation-based learning (online and in person).
• Guide faculty to match methods to learning objectives.
• Train faculty in debriefing (Debriefing with Good Judgment) for experiential learning.
• Design and lead faculty development sessions.
• Direct facilitation and teaching in simulation across the curriculum.
• Support authorship and presentations of innovation in simulation-based education.
