Texas A&M University in Round Rock, TX invites applications for a Simulation Coordinator who will coordinate, plan, and facilitate day-to-day learning and testing at the Simulation & Immersive Learning Center. You will oversee Simulated Participants and ensure high-fidelity experiential learning for clinical students.

What we want The Simulation Coordinator coordinates, plans, and facilitates day-to-day learning and testing events at the Simulation & Immersive Learning Center. Serves as the primary point of contact for assigned events, overseeing the coordination and direction of Simulated Participants, setting up learning and training environments, and ensuring seamless execution of simulation activities. Supports the operational and educational goals of their assigned Sim Center location, ensuring high-fidelity experiential learning opportunities for clinical students. Collaborates with Site Managers for Simulated Participant scheduling and training and with Technology Coordinators to ensure equipment readiness, aligning with the center’s mission to deliver effective healthcare simulation standards of best practice.
May require 20% or more travel and occasional work beyond normal hours.
