Job summary

You will coordinate scheduling for university and external users, manage equipment maintenance, and support staff training across multiple departments. The role involves collaboration with faculty to design simulation activities, develop curricula, and uphold accreditation standards while optimizing resources and workflows.

Qualifications

• Graduate degree with a major in Nursing, or a BSN minimum.
• BLS for Healthcare Providers required.
• If MSN: at least two years of RN direct patient care; if BSN: at least three years.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and supervise operation of the simulation laboratory to provide diverse patient simulation experiences.
• Schedule all users including medical center, university departments, and external clients.
• Oversee maintenance and repair of all simulation equipment and AV/debrief systems.
• Provide technical support for task trainers and multimedia peripherals.
• Maintain the simulation budget and assist with equipment purchases.
