Qualifications

• Associate degree required; bachelor's degree preferred.
• One year of full-time experience in simulation-based medical learning systems, or completion of a patient care simulator program with direct patient care.
• Knowledge of patient care simulation technologies and applications.
• Set up and operation of patient care simulation and related multimedia equipment.
• Ability to troubleshoot simulation equipment and work with nursing faculty.

Responsibilities

• Programs patient care simulators and creates scenario moulage to model physiological responses.
• Sets up and operates simulators and related media and computer equipment.
• Assists instructors with virtual clinical medical scenarios and debriefing technology.
• Supports faculty in simulation recording, playback, and debriefing technology.
• Maintains utilization, operation data, and records related to simulation activities and equipment.
