Job summary

Simplex Construction Management in Los Angeles, CA seeks an on-site Construction Manager for Direct Hire. The role requires at least 3 years of experience managing commercial, public, or educational facility projects over $15M and a BS/BA in a related field.

Minimum Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years' experience in a similar or equivalent position involved in project or construction management of commercial, public, or educational facility construction projects with values in excess of $15M
• BS/BA Degree in Engineering, Architecture, Business, Construction Management or related field required.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience utilizing Building Information Modeling (BIM)
• Experience with Division of the State Architect (DSA) construction/design process

Compensation:

The pay range provided is a good faith estimate for the position at the time of posting. Actual compensation will be dependent on factors such as individual's qualifications, experience, knowledge, skills and abilities.
