Job summary

Simon & Schuster is seeking a fast and accurate Computer Typist Data Entry Operator for the UAE Gulf region. You will type, format and prepare documents, letters, reports and official forms in English and Arabic with high accuracy.

The role requires 50 WPM with 98% accuracy, data entry, verification and conversion of scanned documents to Word/PDF. Strong MS Office skills and confidentiality are essential; immediate joiners are preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1–2 years of experience as a Typist, Data Entry Operator, or Computer Operator.

Responsibilities

• Enter and verify data, convert scanned documents to MS Word and PDF formats.
• Prepare documents, letters, reports and forms in English and Arabic with high accuracy.
• Handle email, printing, scanning and filing; proofread for spelling, grammar and punctuation.

Diploma in Computer Applications preferred.Attention to detail, time management, and ability to work under pressure.Immediate joiners available in UAE / Gulf or with valid visa preferred.Candidates of any nationality can apply.
