Job summary

STRUCTURAL TECHNOLOGIES seeks a construction professional to perform concrete repair, formwork and finishing, and post‑tensioning tasks on parking decks, bridge decks, and other structures.

You will install rebar, read drawings, work at heights, and travel up to 85% for projects, with safety as a top priority. Spanish is a plus; own transportation and DMV screening may be required.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in concrete repair, formwork and finishing, grouting and placement of rebar and post‑tensioning systems.
• Experience in placing, finishing, patching concrete across structures like parking decks, bridge decks, concrete paving, beams/columns/caps, flatwork.
• Ability to read and speak English; Spanish language skills are a plus.
• Team oriented and solution oriented with a proactive, professional, positive attitude.
• Safety oriented in all situations and environments.
• Travel expectations up to 85% out of town travel.
• Desire to grow and advance within the company with commensurate salary growth

Construction Duties Include

The Ideal Candidate Will Be / Have

• Previous experience in concrete repair, formwork and finishing, grouting and placement of rebar and post‑tensioning systems.
• Experienced in placing, finishing, patching concrete. Structure types include – parking decks, bridge decks, concrete paving, structural members (beams, columns, caps), flatwork and miscellaneous structures
• Ability to read and speak English. Spanish is a plus.
• Team oriented and solution oriented, with a proactive, professional, positive attitude.
• Safety‑oriented in all situations and environments.
• Travel expectations up to 85% out of town travel

Travel expectations up to 85% out of town travel mixed with South Florida - area work. Meetings will take place at our Pompano Beach, FL office.
