Job summary

STRUCTURAL TECHNOLOGIES is hiring field technicians/laborers to support concrete repair, formwork and finishing tasks across projects. The role includes rebar and post-tension installation and stressing, with work at heights on new construction and existing structures.

You will read plans, coordinate with teams, and maintain safety at all times. The ideal candidate has extensive field experience in concrete repair and post-tensioning, is safety‑minded, and willing to travel up to 85% with

Qualifications

• Must have construction field experience, with concrete repair, formwork and finishing.
• Experience with grouting and placement of rebar and post-tensioning systems is preferred.
• Ability to read and speak English; Spanish is a plus.
• Safety‑oriented, team player with proactive attitude.

Responsibilities

• Concrete/post-tension repair work on various structures.
• Install and tension rebar and post-tensioning systems.
• Work on new construction and existing buildings; perform at heights.
• Perform formwork, carpentry and finishing tasks; patching concrete as needed.
• Adhere to strict safety protocols and ensure quality workmanship.
• Travel up to 85% for out-of-town projects; meetings at Pompano Beach, FL office when required.
