Job summary

STRUCTURAL is hiring Concrete Laborers for our Pompano Beach office to perform concrete repair, demolition, placement and finishing, waterproofing, formwork, rebar work and related duties. Team oriented, safety driven employees thrive here at STRUCTURAL.

Qualifications

• Understanding of construction equipment, tools and materials.
• At least 1 year of construction experience preferred -- but we are willing to train the right candidate(s).
• Comfortable with heights and able to perform work related duties on man lifts or scaffold systems up to or over 40' high.
• Comfortable working on or around water.
• Bi-lingual English / Spanish is a plus.
• Nuclear experience a huge plus!

STRUCTURAL, a Structural Technologies Company, is looking to hire Concrete Laborers for our Pompano Beach office.

Construction Duties Include

• Concrete repair
• Concrete demolition
• Concrete placement and finishing
• Waterproofing
• Formwork / carpentry
• Rebar replacement
• Caulking
• Expansion joints
• Coating application
• Carbon Fiber installation

Job Requirements

• Understanding of construction equipment, tools and materials
• At least 1 year of construction experience preferred -- but we are willing to train the right candidate(s)
• Comfortable with heights and able to perform work related duties on man lifts or scaffold systems up to or over 40' high
• Comfortable working on or around water
• Must have reliable transportation and willingness to commute to and from project sites (Travel opportunities may also be available)
• Must be able to pass written or computerized industrial plant entrance tests
• Bi-lingual English / Spanish is a plus
• Nuclear experience a huge plus!
• Qualified candidates have the opportunity to earn between $17-$25 per hour (based on relevant work experience) and enjoy benefits including medical, dental, 401(k), paid time off, growth opportunities, and more!
• $300 Signing Bonus ($150 after 30 days of employment, $150 after 90 days of employment)
