STRUCTURAL TECHNOLOGIES is seeking experienced construction field technicians/laborers to join our team. This role involves concrete/post-tension repair, rebar installation, and working on new construction and existing buildings, often at heights, with strict safety standards.

Ideal candidates read and speak English (Spanish a plus), are team and solution oriented, and are willing to travel up to 85% for projects nationwide. Must provide own transportation and pass DMV screening.

Construction Duties Include

• Concrete/Post-tension repair

• New construction, existing buildings, working at heights
• Formwork / carpentry / finishing

The Ideal Candidate Will Be / Have

Experienced construction field technicians / laborers

• Previous experience in concrete repair, formwork and finishing, grouting and placement of rebar and post‑tensioning systems.
• Experienced in placing, finishing, patching concrete. Structure types include – parking decks, bridge decks, concrete paving, structural members (beams, columns, caps), flatwork and miscellaneous structures
• Ability to read and speak English. Spanish is a plus.
• Team oriented and solution oriented, with a proactive, professional, positive attitude.
• Safety-oriented in all situations and environments.
• Travel expectations up to 85% out of town travel
• Desire to grow and advance within the company with commensurate salary growth
