Job Summary

Operates a variety of heavy equipment, vehicles, and tools used in construction and/or plant production activities.

Main Responsibilities

• Embrace the Company’s safety culture, actively support all safety initiatives, and adhere to defined accountabilities.
• Support, promote, and practice the Company core values, vision, and mission; follow code of ethics, workplace conduct, safety, and other policies.
• Operate heavy equipment such as loaders, backhoes, skid steers, excavators, and other mobile equipment.
• Perform minor equipment maintenance tasks like greasing and checking oil and fluids.
• Drive company vehicles to worksites and company locations when authorized.

Minimum Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Valid drivers’ license with a clean driving record.
• 1-2 years of related heavy equipment operation experience preferred.

Skills and Physical Requirements

• Ability to work with others professionally and independently.
• Ability to work under pressure, problem-solve, and interpret safety and operating instructions.
• Wears PPE, can lift up to 50 pounds, and works in outdoor conditions with noise, dust, chemicals, and varying terrain.
