Job summary

Skillfinder International seeks an experienced SimCorp Dimension Reconciliation Stream Lead to own a key reconciliation workstream within a major delivery programme. This remote role requires collaboration with client stakeholders and delivery leadership across the programme.

You will lead the SimCorp Reconciliation workstream, drive progress, and communicate clearly with business and technical teams. Start ASAP; engagement runs through December 2027, with US Eastern Time working hours.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of genuine, hands-on SimCorp experience.
• Demonstrable experience across reconciliation processes/workstreams.
• Previous experience leading or owning a SimCorp workstream.
• Strong delivery experience within implementation, transformation or change environments.
• Excellent client-facing and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

SimCorp Dimension Reconciliation Stream Lead

Location: Remote – must be able to work US Eastern Time (8am–5pm ET)
Allocation: 100%
Start: ASAP
Contract: Through 31 December 2027
Experience: Minimum 3 years' hands-on SimCorp experience
Requirement: Candidates must be able to provide an SC reference

We are looking for an experienced SimCorp Dimension Reconciliation Stream Lead to take ownership of a key reconciliation workstream within a major delivery programme.

This is a hands-on leadership role requiring someone who combines strong SimCorp reconciliation expertise with the confidence to lead delivery activities and work directly with client stakeholders.

The Role

You will lead the SimCorp Reconciliation workstream, taking responsibility for supporting delivery and ensuring the workstream progresses effectively.

You'll act as a key point of contact across the programme, combining detailed SimCorp knowledge with strong stakeholder and client-facing capabilities.

What We're Looking For

• 3+ years of genuine, hands-on SimCorp experience

• Strong experience with SimCorp Dimension

• Demonstrable experience across reconciliation processes/workstreams

• Previous experience leading or owning a SimCorp workstream

• Strong delivery experience within implementation, transformation or change environments

• Ability to communicate effectively with both business and technical stakeholders

• Comfortable taking ownership and driving activity independently in a remote environment

• Able to work 8am–5pm US Eastern Time

• Able to provide the required SC reference
