Responsibilities and Requirements:

1. Advanced knowledge and work experience in Product Management, Accounting, and SimCorp.
2. Skilled in presenting information and ideas to an audience in an engaging and understandable manner.
3. Adept at managing project plans, resources, and teams to ensure successful project completion.
4. Leadership capabilities, including leading teams, providing feedback, facilitating meetings, coaching, and mentoring.
5. Proficient in graphical representation of information using tools such as Excel, Tableau, or Power BI.
6. Skills related to programming, including coding, debugging, and using relevant programming languages.
7. Relationship management skills, including stakeholder engagement, vendor management, and contracting.
8. Experience in organizational change management to meet strategic objectives.
9. Influencing skills such as negotiation, persuasion, facilitating meetings, and conflict resolution.
10. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, including copywriting and communication planning.
11. Experience analyzing data to identify trends and inform conclusions.
12. Proficiency in documentation and database reporting tools such as Excel and SSRS.
