Job summary

Skillfinder International is seeking a hands-on SimCorp Dimension Compliance Stream Lead to own the compliance workstream within a large-scale SimCorp implementation programme. You will lead from requirements and design through configuration, testing, deployment and early-life support, coordinating with Front Office, IBOR, ABOR, Data and Integration streams.

This role requires deep SimCorp Compliance Manager expertise and proven delivery capabilities across pre-trade and post-trade compliance,

Qualifications

• Strong hands-on SimCorp Dimension experience.
• Deep experience with SimCorp Compliance Manager.
• Experience in configuration, not BAU usage.
• Strong knowledge of investment compliance.
• Experience with pre-trade and/or post-trade compliance.
• Led an SCD workstream or senior consultant.
• Strong client-facing and stakeholder-management skills.
• Delivery through configuration, testing, UAT and go-live.

Responsibilities

• Lead the SimCorp Dimension Compliance workstream end-to-end.
• Run requirements, fit-to-standard and solution-design workshops.
• Configure and implement Compliance Manager functionality.
• Translate investment guidelines into SCD compliance rules.
• Support pre-trade and post-trade compliance processes.
• Configure and validate rules, limits, alerts and breach workflows.
• Own stream planning, scope, risks and delivery.
• Coordinate configuration, unit testing, SIT and UAT.
• Manage defects and support issue resolution.
• Work with Front Office, IBOR, ABOR, Data and Integration streams.

Role: SimCorp Dimension - Compliance Stream Lead

Location: UK / Poland / Switzerland - Remote/Hybrid

Allocation: 100%

Start: TBC / ASAP

Duration: 12 Months+

Role Description

We are looking for an experienced SimCorp Dimension Compliance Stream Lead to take ownership of the Compliance workstream within a large-scale SimCorp implementation programme.

The consultant will lead the stream from requirements and solution design through configuration, testing, deployment and early-life support. This is a hands-on delivery role, requiring strong SimCorp Compliance expertise alongside the ability to manage scope, stakeholders and overall stream delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the SimCorp Dimension Compliance workstream end-to-end
• Run requirements, fit-to-standard and solution-design workshops
• Configure and implement Compliance Manager / investment compliance functionality
• Translate investment guidelines and regulatory/client restrictions into SCD compliance rules
• Support pre-trade and post-trade compliance processes
• Configure and validate compliance rules, limits, restrictions, alerts and breach workflows
• Own stream planning, scope, dependencies, risks and delivery
• Coordinate configuration, unit testing, SIT and UAT
• Manage defects and support issue resolution
• Work closely with Front Office, IBOR, ABOR, Data and Integration streams
• Act as the key Compliance SME for client stakeholders
• Support go-live, deployment and early care

Required Experience

• Strong hands-on SimCorp Dimension experience
• Deep experience with SimCorp Compliance Manager / Compliance
• Proven implementation and configuration experience rather than purely BAU usage
• Strong knowledge of investment compliance, including investment guidelines, restrictions and limit monitoring
• Experience with pre-trade and/or post-trade compliance
• Strong understanding of investment instruments, portfolios and reference/market data
• Previous experience leading an SCD workstream or acting as a senior/principal consultant
• Strong client-facing, workshop and stakeholder-management skills
• Experience delivering through configuration, testing, UAT and go-live

Highly Desirable

• Experience on major SimCorp transformation or implementation programmes
• Front-to-back SCD knowledge
• Understanding of Order Manager / Front Office and its interaction with pre-trade compliance
• Experience within large asset managers, investment banks or institutional investment environments
